Processing time: All handles are made to order. Processing time varies by product — details are listed on each product page.

Standard delivery: Free on all orders. Arrives in 3–6 days once dispatched.

Express delivery: £35. Arrives in 1–3 days once dispatched.

Customs duties & import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Safety Notes

• Not a toy. Keep out of reach of children when not installed.
• Contains small parts (screws) that may pose a choking hazard.
• For indoor use only.
• Not suitable for climbing, hanging heavy items, or supporting body weight.
• Wood is a natural material — variations in colour and grain are normal.

Installation

• Install securely using the screws provided or hardware suitable for your furniture panel thickness.
• Adult installation recommended.
• Do not overtighten screws (may crack wood).
• After fitting, check that the handle is firmly attached and tighten periodically if needed.

Care Instructions

• Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth; wipe dry.
• Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or prolonged moisture.
• If the finish becomes worn, lightly oil or refinish according to the type of wood and finish.

Replace If

• The handle becomes cracked, loose, or develops sharp edges or splinters.
• The finish begins to peel or chip.

Environmental Notes

Wood and metal components can be separated for responsible disposal or recycling.

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page.
• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Products & pricing

• All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Every handle is handmade from natural wood. Variations in grain, colour and texture are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
• Product images are representative. Your item may differ slightly from the photographs due to the natural properties of wood and monitor display settings.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order we will contact you before processing.

Orders & delivery

• All products are made to order. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
• A binding contract is formed when you receive your order confirmation email.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Custom orders

• Items made to a custom specification (non-standard length, custom screw spacing, etc.) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
• Please double-check all measurements and specifications before placing a custom order. We cannot be held responsible for errors in customer-supplied dimensions.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos and product designs — is the property of WoodlandByKat and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WoodlandByKat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
